Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.
However: For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the download starts, provided the
customer has explicitly agreed to this before completing the order.
Detailed cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we start executing the contract after you have
- expressly agreed that we may begin executing the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and
- confirmed that you are aware that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once the
download begins
